Seller sold a faulty TV. Most worry of all refused to accept it. Wanted me to post a huge used tv that was given by hand and no packaging back to him. Thank God eBay gave a refund despite his attempts. I dropped the tv at his front door and he is refusing to take it. Wants me to keep a faulty item that I can’t use. Unbelievable!!

The TV was fully functional when collected, tested, and reset to factory settings. My listing stated no returns, but I still paid out of pocket for a prepaid return label for a 10kg package, as per eBay policy. You used this label to send an empty package, while still keeping the TV, to secure a refund—this is fraud and has been reported. I provided an alternative address as I was traveling. I followed eBay's guidelines and acted honestly throughout this process.
