Payment
All items purchased via eBay must be paid within 5 days unless otherwise agreed with the Go Shop account manager - Any items that are not paid within this time frame will have to go through the resolution centre as a non-paid item which may result in a strike against your account.
We accept secure payments over the telephone by calling 01473 276431 - Lines are open Mon-Fri from 8am until 4pm.
 
 
Stock
All stock is despatched from our own warehouse but at times items that appear on eBay may be out of stock - We do everything in our power to update stock availability to ensure customer satisfaction.
If your item is unfortunately out of stock we will contact you via eBay to inform you and if the stock is due in soon you have the option to wait or cancel or alternatively have another product - If the item you have ordered is obsolete we will cancel the order and refund you within 2 working days.
 
Delivery
All parcels on our standard delivery service will be delivered within 2-3 working days to Mainland UK.
Pallet delivery orders for heavy items are delivered by various carriers. No assistance will be given by the driver to move the item into your property.
All orders on our express service will be delivered within 1-2 working days to Mainland UK only.
Please note that we are allowed to legally hold orders for upto 24hours before despatch.
 
Returns policy details:
 
All new items sold come with a minimum 12 month warranty. Some manufacturers do offer a longer time period on warranties and this will be mentioned in the listing. Faulty items will be dealt with directly through the individual manufacturer or through our company where applicable.
 
All our items are listed with a full description of the fault and it is your responsibility to fully read the listing.
 
In the event of a product fault, please check the manufacturer's operating instructions and items such as the plug and batteries before contacting our Customer Services Department. At this time please make sure you have your invoice with details of your date of purchase and details of the product fault before calling.

If you need to make a return, you must contact us first so that we can arrange for the item to be collected. Items not returned via our returns process will not be authorised or credited or replaced.
Please return item in its’ original box & packaging. If you no longer have these you must return the item in a suitable strong box and packaging to ensure it doesn't get damaged in transit. If we do receive the item back damaged due to unsuitable packaging or lack of, NO credit/refund or replacement will be offered. Even if the item was faulty.
 
If you have ordered an item by mistake you can still make a return but there will be a 15% re-stocking fee. Also the item must be unused and in it’s original packaging.

I did put it in a box and they did send the returns label through the post as they didn’t want it done through eBay’s returns service.     Great 12v TV for the price.

    A great light 12v tv with a good picture and features. My only comments are design faults that the satellite f connection on the back is to close to the moulding below it meaning I cannot connect my fly lead as the connector is to long to fit in the gap between the protruding moulding and the tv. Changing to a standard connector works but in my opinion it still putting the connector under strain. The answer is to fit a 90 elbow adaptor. The other is that Miracast is an old casting method that is no longer supported by android so not a lot of use.

    Light weight and compact

    Nice little tv. Runs via satellite or normal terrestial aerial. We only have satellite connection. Downside, no base or treble adjustment available. Bit tricky to navigate eg. channel selection a bit long winded. Nice clear picture and sound adequate.

    Competent 19in 12v with good viewing angle

    As expected for a 12v tv of this size, the sound was poor, but there's room in the van for a soundbar. Most importantly for the Traveller, the viewing angle is not restricted. The large range of inputs and outputs maximises its versatility. Plays .mkv and .avi files from a usb powered 2tb hd but seems to lack an Mp4 codec. Good value.

    Good for a small caravan

    Bought for our caravan, only a small 2 berth so 19" is a good size for it. Not used yet but plugged in and tested, all seems fine. Took my husband a while to work out the remote control though - although knowing him he was using it without looking at the instructions first!
