The package was delivered timely.
Since the bathroom was being redone the box stayed unopened in the garage for weeks. When it came time to install the toilet seat we realized all the additional parts (hoses, adapters, etc) were missing from the box. I contacted the vendor and immediately got a response back, without question he sent us the missing parts (over a month had gone past since the purchase took place.). Vendor was very fast in responding and took care right away. FANTASTIC!!!
