Best rugged watch for a normal person
Exactly as described by the company and the seller. It is an expensive watch for me, though I know it is considered mid-tier. I buy things based on their longevity, and I have no doubt this watch will be with me for many years. The finish is a matte black and applied evenly. I ditched the NATO band it comes with because the hole clasp hole was already fraying, which isn't too uncommon with those bands. It's only lost 2 seconds since setting it a couple weeks ago. One day of charging on a window sill and it has been ticking just fine. The solar rechargeable battery is great to have. The crown is good and textured and tightens down snuggly. I love that there is a thin collar of metal at the base of the crown, so you literally cannot over tighten it, which happens pretty easily with other ... The lume last all night (barely visible by morning, still legible). I've already bumped it against the granite counter and the screen and watch are all good, so the sapphire seems to be working as intended. I don't baby my watches and I'm looking forward to all the adventures I'll have with this thing on my wrist. I trust it and it's a huge plus that it's a smaller size. Nice not to have a diving computer strapped to your wrist to tell the time. Wears small and I forget it's there until I need it, which is exactly what I wanted.
