What I appreciated was the company reaction to some pretty indifferent service by Parcel Force, whose driver claimed to have "found nobody in" (I was) and "left a card" (which they hadn't) as the driver came nowhere near our house on the day. As for the product, it has been applied to the gravel drive as per instructions, and if a single weed appears I would be very surprised. A reliable company, unlike ParcelForce.
