For item thats described as excellent condition the brush head is pretty banged up and scratched (photo attached) and the pic showed a black unit, a white one turned up with black accessories. I was expecting a used repared unit but they really need to be clearer on the colour and the condition, its far from excellent. Also it feels pretty flimsy overall. It comes with a warrenty so time will tell.

Avoid at all costs!! Purchased a refurbished vacuum which was described as excellent condition (minimal wear, light scratches & clean) far from it! What we received was dirty, heavily scratched, paint scuffs and broken. I spoke to Shark who agreed it was not acceptable. I started a refund, returned the item and then had to wait over 2 weeks from them receiving it back for a refund despite me sending a message and calling eBay. I received my refund on the last day which I believe was from eBay

I love the vacuum. However it took 3 attempts to arrive:1st time they sent a kettle by mistake, so they sent DPD to collect. 2nd time they marked as dispatched when it wasn't. 3rd time I received a brand new vacuum(I had ordered refurbished). So, despite the rigmarole I am leaving positive feedback for this reason. Customer service very good throughout.

Oh my goodness! I've never purchased a refurb before and was a little apprehensive, I'm so pleased I did! Item arrived within 24 hours of ordering. Packaged nicely in a plain box. Item was exactly as described, battery came fully charged. Used straight away and its so powerful I couldn't believe what came off the carpet. Really pleased with this purchase and would definatly advise to have a look at refurbs before going for brand new, my item looks brand new no scratches or marks.
