Obviously, being a factory refurbish, it came in a plain box without any instructions, but I found them on line. It appears to be in mint condition, and as described. The only minor disappointment is that there is no adapter, included or available, that allows me to plug standard vacuum cleaner parts into it.

It Is Heavier Than The Dyson But Easy To Use. Has Little Digital Control Panel That Shows How Much Charge You Have Left In Battery Aso Buttons For Carpet.Hardfloor & On/Off. When You Need To Go Under Furniture It Has Button On Suction Tube To Allow It To Flex. Easy To Clean & Empty Container. Can Recommend This 100%Had Dyson & Had Been Told How Good Shark Vacuums Are. I love it firstly because of no tangled up cable and ease of use. I've read some of the negative feedback that the battery runs out quickly but in the description it does state 'up to 60 minutes run time', the clue is in the wording!... Don't use the turbo too much the suction is very good on the first power button. Glad I bought it! 🙂
