This feedback is more about the product than the seller. I bought this item in the hope that the Swan brand gave a good chance of a quality item. Not to be I'm afraid. The coating to the lid release flap started to peel off after just 10 days or so of use. This was the last straw as I was already displeased with the fact that, unless extreme care was taken, the water would pour out of both sides of the spout. The item was returned and a full refund + post was given without difficulty.
