Could be better... NO THUMB OPERATED FILLER CAP !
On the whole this isn't a bad kettle... The only thing I don't like is the filler flap is a bit awkward to open... Most well designed kettles have a thumb operated lever that opens the filler lid for you to fill your kettle... Unfortunately Swan decided to leave this convenient feature out when they designed this kettle... so you have to use your fingers to pull the filler lid//flap up and out of the way (it has 2 positions), so you will have to pull it again once you feel resistance in order to clear the first catch before the lid/filler cap will open wide enough for you to be able to fill this kettle from your sink tap. It takes getting used to but on the plus, it's a really nice kettle and boils fairly quickly. On the whole this isn't a bad kettle...
