I am also aware of an internal volume pot, that I checked. Its broken. I'm busy and probably wont return as the seller is in Canada . So I got ripped off..I never had to return anything so the process is unknown to me. Told My story to seller and have got no reply so I felt like I should write this. Buy with caution!

Works and sounds great - it needs 12V to sound like a Fuzz Face, which I wasn’t aware of but that’s lack of research in my part. Got multiple unused 12V outlets on my power supplies, so that worked out! On 9V it sounds spitty and gated, which is also a cool sound. Overall very happy and would buy from this seller again!
