Terms and conditions of the sale
We reserve the right to despatch all high value items over £25.00 by courier, registered or tracked delivery method which will require a signature - and any additional cost must be paid by the buyer.
 
Orders with a value exceeding £25.00 will only be shipped internationally to problem destinations if the additional cost of TRACKED POSTAGE is chosen and paid by the buyer.
 
We reserve the right to cancel any order where the buyer is unwilling to agree to this condition.
 
Goods returned with broken seals or damaged packaging cannot be re-sold as new (they must be re-sold as B stock) and are subject to a 10% charge (not including postage costs) as per Ebay policy which will be deducted from the refund to cover our loss. We only refund the return postage costs if the item is found to be faulty. We do not refund any postage costs for buyers who have changed their mind.
 
DUE TO THE INCREASE IN SCAMS
We now log all security numbers and security mark all high-value items. Anyone found scamming (returning items bought from other sellers) will be reported to the Police and Ebay. This will not affect genuine buyers in any way.
 
SALES INFORMATION:
Unless otherwise indicated, all the products we sell are brand new and boxed.
Items faulty within 14 days will be treated as DOA (dead on arrival) and we will replace faulty goods for new, all delivery costs incurred in putting right a DOA item will be covered by Worldwide Music.
 
After 14 days the procedure is for goods to be returned to the manufacturer for repair under warranty, who in some instances may choose to replace the item rather than repair it, this is at the discretion of the manufacturer.
 
You must ship the goods back to us (or direct to the manufacturer to save time) at your own expense and we will then ensure the goods are repaired or replaced and sent back to you.
 
We aim to provide top quality service, and respond to queries as promptly as possible, if you have an urgent problem you can call us on 01843 294890 (9-5, Monday to Friday).
 
MULTIPLE PURCHASES:
If you wish to purchase several items from our shop we will usually combine the delivery costs and make the combined cost cheaper than the sum of the individual delivery charges. Unfortunately Ebay does not always calculate this correctly, therefore when you come to checkout, if the delivery charge looks more than you would expect you should 'REQUEST TOTAL FROM SELLER'. Ebay will then notify us and we will work out the delivery cost and send you an invoice. In general we take the delivery cost for the largest item, and add the 'cost per additional item' for each of the smaller items.
 
DELIVERY INFORMATION:
For small parcels (up to around 2Kg in weight) we use Royal Mail Postal Services. For larger packages we use a courier service such as DPD or DPD Local.
 
Unless you order a large quantity of heavy/bulky items (exceeding 20Kg) the maximum delivery charge is normally £10.00. All the delivery prices listed in Ebay for courier service are for UK mainland ONLY and does NOT include the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or the Channel Islands.
 
TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
All items sent by Royal Mail are now tracked and scanned on the doorstep. Tracking involves an additional cost for items sent by Airmail. We are happy to send goods with 'Tracking' and/or 'Signed for' please request this service when making your purchase.
 
DESPATCH TIMES:

    Exceeded Expectations

    I needed a practice amp I could play late at night with, and my favorite 2 house amps are both Voxs. I had a plugin amp like this a few years ago and it was rubbish, but I saw the reviews were good for this so I tried it. I was impressed straight away. I love that there is gain and volume, so it's easy to set up different drive situations, add the controls are comfortable. Only a couple of small gripes; the main one, is although switch ing effect type is easy, you have to remove the unit from the guitar to change the effect variations, due to one of the necessary buttons being blocked once the unit is plugged into the guitar (when the jack is on the side of the guitar; Tele, LP etc) The other is that the reverb settings are like "medium, large and massive, and I would have favored a more ...

    It maybe a small amp but it's got a big sound

    It's got so many settings you are spoiles for choice! you can either have a clean early rock n roll Shadows type of sound, or you can have Heavy 70s/80s rock sound the possibilities are endless.Vox are absolutely the best amps you can get they are used by Queen, The Beatles, Status Quo etc and they are made in Britain too 🇬🇧🇬🇧

    simply perfect

    vox amplug 2 is exactly what it says what an investment wasn't sure before I bought this product if it would be OK for what I wanted but to be honest it's better than what I expected I plug a mini disc player through the audio input for backing tracks and the bonus is different effects my favorite is the digital echo.

    Great little headphone amp.

    The Vox AP2AC sounds great, is practical and is easy to use. Also, the batteries last a long time. I'm not sure what sort of DSP they have in here, but I can't fault it. It compares well with various software emulations of an AC30 (Guitar Rig, NUX MG300), and even sounds close enough to a real AC15. The only improvement I could suggest would be more flexibility with the effects: an additional dial could change the reverb mix, delay time, chorus depth, or tremolo speed.
