I have to say for the price I am very impressed. I would recommend being of ample size already before purchasing this particular model, when I first used this pump I was hitting the 7 and a half inch mark, and my girth wouldn’t even keep the seal air tight, but since I purchased the device I have gained a lot. I have been using it for about two weeks already and have gained about half an inch in length and my girth eventually tore the smallest seal!!! (The seals could be better in my opinion, but I feel like this is definitely one of the best pumps out there) Sooo... the best advice I can give to get the best results would be: 1) keep it regular, the best results come from daily use. 2) try to order a longer penis sleeve to protect the glands at the bottom of the penis. This way not ... I have to say for the price I am very impressed. I started by pumping for 1 or 2 hours but soon found that 30 mins 2 - 3 times daily was most effective. 4) if it hurts stop. there’s always tomorrow, or later on. Don’t over do it, it’s a patience thing. If you keep this up for 2 to 3 months I’m sure you will have 0 complaints in the bedroom other than “OMG It’s WAY too Big!!!!” 5) always lube, else getting out afterwards will be a nightmare. 6) always be cautious of your testicular glands!!! This should be number 1 on the list really. if you hold the pump tube extremely tight to your body you will be creating a huge vacuum which can sometimes suck in your glands or even a whole testicle if you’re not careful. Just watch out for that as it is quite painful and also extremely dangerous. I prevented this from happening by ordering a longer penis sleeve so I have protection almost halfway up my penis now. I use this new sleeve in addition to the medium or large sleeve that comes with the pump already. This provides a MUCH tighter seal and better results Follow these steps and I’m sure u will gain the results you’re looking for.

Noticed just a slight increase in size about 1/2 inch in length and girth, but what I did notice was that I can stay harder longer now and I don’t come so quick. I last around 30 minutes or longer now as a posed to 5 minutes.
