    True Southern Louisianian Cusine

    I Lost my original copy several years ago during the major moves I had made around the U.S. I am now in my last home and can actually start cooking again. I could not remember my receipe for Roquefort Dressing, but I remebered the cookbook I got it out of...I was thrilled to see it on Ebay and the price was fantastic. This cookbook has authentic South Louisiana receipes from authentic French, Spanish German heritage Cajuns. This cookbook is from the Late 1960's before Cajun cusine began widely known
