This is a quality sofa. Was packed extremely well on arrival and received it well before original delivery date. My only negative was the delivery company you use, delayed delivery due to staff illness. I understand these things happen, but to inform a me at 1030am on day of delivery was unacceptable. I think they only emailed me, as I contacted them for my tracking link. Had I been cotacted the day before, I could have delayed pick up of my old one so we had something to sit on.
