We have one aim - to offer you the goods, prices and service you want. We are a small enough company to be able to monitor every order from the moment we receive it to the moment it reaches you, but we have the backing of multiple distributors with whom we are able to negotiate the best prices around and pass them onto our customers.

Shipping and Handling
 
Unless otherwise specified by the customer, the majority of items will be sent by Second Class Royal Mail postage. (Royal Mail 48)
 
Royal Mail currently aims to deliver 92% of items posted via this service within two working days; however we do require 14 working days to have passed before making a claim from Royal Mail and sending out a replacement.
 
There is an exception to this rule for particularly expensive or heavy items (1.25kg+) which will usually sent by next day courier.
 
We do endeavour to get all orders placed before 5:00pm sent out on a same day basis and there are few exceptions however if delivery is particularly urgent please contact us before ordering as this delivery schedule is not guaranteed.
 
Cancelling an order
 
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 7 working days of delivery.
 
To cancel a contract, write "Cancel Contract" on the back of the invoice. Package the items securely, open a returns request through 'my ebay' and follow the return instructions they give you.
 
Note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error.
 
You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing) When we receive the goods with the notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.

    And I thought my 300 Mbps adapter before was good enough....

    Last few months my WLAN became drastically slower, many cases of lost connection and when watching HD clips, it was going nowhere. So I tried everything... bought new router (300 Mbps), changed DD-WRT, tried many configurations with WLAN settings, bought new larger and stronger (12 dBi) antenna and nothing better. Ok, I little bit but not so noticable. And then finally I thought what about removing the USB adapter and changing it with something better. And found this! Now with this adapter my WLAN speed is awesome. Constantly connecting at 144 Mbps and now my PC with this adapter is catching 8 sorrounded WLANs I never found them before. Web pages are now opened amazingly fast and there is no any lag. And conclusion - my ''generic'', no-trademark and probably fake 300 Mbps adapter I was ...

    Cheap, not cheerful

    I bought this to give me better wi-fi reception than my dreadful laptop reception. When it works,it's fine but it BSODs due to driver issues with Win10 and often forgets it's a Wi-Fi dongle and not, in fact, a brioche. I'm now hunting for an Alfa as I've heard good things about them. I look forward to setting fire to this thing.

    Looks good, good signal strength and good value for money.

    Initially wouldn't complete detection/driver-installation on one particular machine but that seems to have been the motherboard BIOS fault rather than the TPlink adapter. Latest motherboard BIOS fixed it straight away and changelog indicated the original motherboard BIOS had USB compatibility issues. Once motherboard BIOS updated, Windows 10 detected and installed correct driver straight away without any problems. A different machine had not problems detecting it at all. Good product. Would be my first choice again for a wireless adapter of the similar specifications/bandwidth.

    Simple device for your Wi-fi

    Like all good things this is simple usb aerial which fits in your usb socket on your computer or laptop. Use the the CD to add the software to your device and bob,s your uncle. This device will improve the reception from your router and every other router within a 50mts radius. Great if you live in a concrete solid house or your router is poor. This device is fantastic and highly recommended. The software is easy to use. Its powered by your computer.

    Brilliant

    I've had a problem with my wifi for months, the signal would come and go, tried new router, countless dongles, alsorts, was about to give up, when someone said try one of these. Wish I had in the first place, they are brilliant, easy to install, easy to connect, and I've had a stable, strong connection since, would recommend one of these, everyday, all day. I'm glad I spent that little bit extra, well worth the money.
