We have one aim - to offer you the goods, prices and service you want. All our prices include VAT and since we ship from the UK Mainland we are able to provide a full VAT invoice for those companies who are able to claim the VAT back.
 
Shipping and Handling
 
Unless otherwise specified by the customer, the majority of items will be sent by Second Class Royal Mail postage. (Royal Mail 48)
 
Royal Mail currently aims to deliver 92% of items posted via this service within two working days; however we do require 14 working days to have passed before making a claim from Royal Mail and sending out a replacement.
 
There is an exception to this rule for particularly expensive or heavy items (1.25kg+) which will usually sent by next day courier.
 
We do endeavour to get all orders placed before 5:00pm sent out on a same day basis and there are few exceptions however if delivery is particularly urgent please contact us before ordering as this delivery schedule is not guaranteed.
 
Cancelling an order
 
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 7 working days of delivery.
 
To cancel a contract, write "Cancel Contract" on the back of the invoice. Package the items securely, open a returns request through 'my ebay' and follow the return instructions they give you.
 
Note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error.
 
You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing) When we receive the goods with the notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.

    Lightweight with good features however no Touchscreen and GPS

    Have just received this camera and really like the feel of it, its lack of weight is useful as it will be predominantly for travel shots, it also has a very useful addition to the earlier TZ series cameras an EVF (Electronic View Finder). All good so far, however, I am a little surprised in taking test shots with my old (2013 model) TZ40 in that image quality hasn't noticeably increased (images on TZ40 were good anyway) however the zoom is supposed to have the edge on the old (30X v 20X) that doesn't appear to show in the shots.... The fact that the new camera doesn't have GPS ( useful when you're loading your shots onto albums) or touch screen when focussing and looking back on shots it does feel that Panasonic are leaving customers a little short changed, this is despite Canon, Sony ...

    Could be good but flawed

    Seemed great at first; lightweight, well built, good to hold, great viewfinder, many features, BUT.....can't transfer photos to my PC with Windows !0. It has WiFi and cable connection but is incompatible with Windows !0. Even putting the card in a cardholder it would only transfer degraded photos to a documents file. I find many adverts for this camera on-line but none of them mention this incompatibility, inc. Amazon, John Lewis and EBAY. For me, totally useless.

    great camera @ a good price

    I bought this camera just before the xmas period & have had chance to use it on a few occasions & the results have been superb. The zoom is really good even when you move it into the digital zoom zone, the pictures are sharp & clear. The colour of pictures is real to the original colours . The focusing is spot on every time . I have not found any features of the camera that I do not like , being small it is easy to carry , which is important to me as I am in my 70's & can no longer haul heavy SLR cameras with additional lenses on field trips. One example of the quality of the zoom lens is , I saw a squirrel right up the top of a tall mature ash tree in our local park so I zoomed in on it with the maximum zoom & got a perfect sharp & detailed picture of the creature. So my view of this ...

    Panasonic DMC-TZ70EB-K LUMIX Digital Camera

    Good image quality. Love the viewfinder. Taking holiday pictures using the viewfinder in bright sunshine will be a breeze. Most of the modes are intuitive but the WiFi system is difficult to get working as both Camera and computer struggle to connect when needed. Much quicker to take the SD card out as usual. On the upper size limit for a compact camera. But glad I bought it to replace my still very good Panasonic TZ27. Would I but it again? YES but please sort out the tricky WiFi and please add a satellite position.

    A great camera for getting extra close up to birds.

    A decent camera, all is functioning as expected, except the wi-fi can't be connected for some bizarre reason. The 30x zoom is especially useful for getting faraway pics of birds. A camera that would have cost £350 if bought 5 years ago now only costs £80. Most of these TZ70s are being sold second hand for a similar price now.
