Violin arrived missing a fine tuning peg. The case smelled of cigarette smoke and the pocket zipper fell off the firtst time we use it. I contacted the seller to inquire about the missing peg. They apologized and asked what they could do. I requested that they provide a partial refund in order to replace the part. They agreed to the partial refund and said it would be sent the next day. After multiple attempts contact the seller and to resolve the issue, I still have not received a refund.
