She is NOT DELUSIONAL about ACTUAL item value like soooooo many other sellers in EBay who seem to think their items were touched by the hand if God himself or something and price accordingly. She communicates AND answers questions sooooo unlike other sellers who seem to have the customer service skills of a goat. These used shoes arrived quickly, exactly as in photos...they did not have an odor as may occur with fairly used shoes of this price. Shiza-54 was an informative seller because the small hole was well photographed so I was aware, but at this good price I could choose to buy knowingly since I can usually repair this type of wear issue to give good service :) I think this seller is accurate, careful, fast shipper, so with this sale deserves five stars (even for worn used shoes (lol)
