Lusso_campers are a great company. We ordered a porta potty seat box, when it arrived we had been sent the wrong size. We had the correct size delivered within 5 days including a weekend. Any company can be good when things are going fine but what makes a good company is one that has good customer care skills when things go wrong and Lusso proved to have these. We also went on to order the cushion for on top. Well made and good foam within.
