    Life enhancing info on strength and flexibility

    The strength and flexibility gained through learning from this video carry over to many other life activities. Though I use what I learned to enhance my martial arts and acrobatic ability, it also helped resolve some lower back issues (actually the glutes were the culprit) and has led me to move through daily life with more grace and fluidity.
