When you register or place an order on our website, we gather a little information about you to help us provide a better service to you now and in future:
When you order we ask your name, address, email address, telephone number, credit and debit card information and delivery address details. Without this information we would be unable to process your order or send you notifications.
All of your information will remain completely secure and remains solely for the use of The Style House. It will not be passed on to any other organisation or third party. We use your information only for the following purposes:
Processing your order
Updating you about your order and despatch status
To serve you content via email and notify you of any promotional offers
We keep a record of your orders with us so that we can help you deal with any issues with that order.
We also keep a record of emails that you send us to ensure that we continue to improve our customer service.
Order Placement and Contract Policy
We will treat any order placed by you as a request to enter into a contract with us, whereby we receive payment for that order and will then despatch that order to the delivery address as specified by you.
We endeavour to display all items in our current range. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the item(s), we will automatically highlight this as being out of stock.
To order from us, and therefore set up this contract, the following online steps need to happen:
You browse our website, selecting items to add into your basket
Once happy with your order, you proceed to Checkout and pay for your order by the method most suitable for you
You press the confirm order button at the end of the checkout process to lock in your order
You will then receive an order acknowledgement via email detailing the item(s) you have ordered. If you have entered your email address incorrectly, you will not receive this. Note, at this stage this is not definitive order acceptance
Once the order has been despatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This constitutes order acceptance and completion of the contract between you and The Style House
Risk of loss or damage of the products passes to you at the point they are delivered
Product Policy
Where possible, The Style House makes every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, product attributes, dimensions and prices.
Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, this is done based on an ‘as is’ approach using data and information obtained at the time. As such, it is possible that this may differ slightly when you place your order.
Care and attention is taken to ensure that all sizes and measurements are as accurate as possible – while we do check, this information is obtained from our suppliers so it is possible that it may not be exact.
Pricing Policy
The price you pay at the time of your order is the price that has been displayed on the website, with the following exceptions:
If there has been an error with the pricing. We make every effort to ensure that this does not happen, however, should it occur then we will contact you within 48hrs to give you the option to either re-confirm or cancel your order. This means that we cannot confirm the exact price of a product until your order is accepted, in line with our Order Placement and Contract Policy
If the online price of the goods is reduced after you have placed your order, but before you have received it, we will happily honour the price reduction if you contact us via the appropriate channels on our website
Payment Policy
We accept payment by credit or debit cards registered to a UK address, or PayPal accounts registered to a UK address. We accept the following cards: Maestro, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Solo and Visa Credit.
To ensure that payment methods are not being used without your consent, we aim to protect our customers by asking them to validate name, address and other personal information. This information is used solely by The Style House to complete your order and is not passed on to any other organisation or third party.
All prices shown on our website are in GBP Sterling and are inclusive of VAT
We accept online payment via Paypal and/or all major credit and debit cards (excluding American Express), so long as they are registered to a UK address
We do not accept payment via cheque, cash or via direct bank transfer
Postage is only ever charged a maximum of once per order, regardless of number of parcels
Our postage is fixed at 3.95 GBP Sterling per order
All credit/debit card transactions have the potential to be checked, validated and/or authorised by the card issuer
If the card issuer has reason to refuse authorisation of payment, The Style House will not be held liable for delaying or cancelling your order
Guarantees and Warranty Policy
We really hope you love your new purchases. Unfortunately we don’t offer warranties or guarantees with our products. This does not affect your statutory rights
Deliveries
We aim to fulfil all orders as quickly as possible. Our aim is to have items with you, from the point of order acceptance, within 3-5 business days.
Shipping costs are fixed at 3.95 GBP Sterling per order
We do not ship part orders – if an item is unavailable, we will notify you within 48hrs of placing your order, asking if you wish to purchase an alternative or re-confirm the order without the item. We then proceed to accepting your order, in-line with our Order Placement and Contract Policy
Postage is applied only once per order
We only deliver to mainland UK – if you have requirements outside of mainland UK, please contact us and we will endeavour to find a solution
Should you require alternative or faster shipping options, please email us at customersupport@the-style-house.co.uk quoting your order number and we will endeavour to find a solution
Deliveries are made via third party courier. Should you encounter any issues with delivery or items arriving damaged, please contact us via customersupport@the-style-house.co.uk and we will investigate and come back to you with an appropriate resolution. Deliveries are made during operational hours of our third party courier – this could be at any time on the delivery day

Our courier does not operate on Sundays or public and bank holidays
