Payment
All items purchased via eBay must be paid within 5 days unless otherwise agreed with the Go Shop account manager - Any items that are not paid within this time frame will have to go through the resolution centre as a non-paid item which may result in a strike against your account.
We accept secure payments over the telephone by calling 01473 276431 - Lines are open Mon-Fri from 8am until 4pm.
 
 
Stock
All stock is despatched from our own warehouse but at times items that appear on eBay may be out of stock - We do everything in our power to update stock availability to ensure customer satisfaction.
If your item is unfortunately out of stock we will contact you via eBay to inform you and if the stock is due in soon you have the option to wait or cancel or alternatively have another product - If the item you have ordered is obsolete we will cancel the order and refund you within 2 working days.
 
Delivery
All parcels on our standard delivery service will be delivered within 2-3 working days to Mainland UK.
Pallet delivery orders for heavy items are delivered by various carriers. No assistance will be given by the driver to move the item into your property.
All orders on our express service will be delivered within 1-2 working days to Mainland UK only.
Please note that we are allowed to legally hold orders for upto 24hours before despatch.
 
Returns policy details:
 
All new items sold come with a minimum 12 month warranty. Some manufacturers do offer a longer time period on warranties and this will be mentioned in the listing. Faulty items will be dealt with directly through the individual manufacturer or through our company where applicable.
 
All our items are listed with a full description of the fault and it is your responsibility to fully read the listing.
 
In the event of a product fault, please check the manufacturer's operating instructions and items such as the plug and batteries before contacting our Customer Services Department. At this time please make sure you have your invoice with details of your date of purchase and details of the product fault before calling.
 
Important Note: The guarantee specifically does not include faults caused by accident, poor maintenance or misuse. Poor performance due to external factors such as signal quality and interference are not accepted as suitable reasons for return. Please check all components such as remotes, batteries and plugs in line with manufacturers' strict guidelines to be found in all instruction manuals before raising a complaint. If an item is returned without fault or is out of the period of the manufacturers guarantee all products will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.
 
If you need to make a return, you must contact us first so that we can arrange for the item to be collected. Items not returned via our returns process will not be authorised or credited or replaced.
Please return item in its’ original box & packaging. If you no longer have these you must return the item in a suitable strong box and packaging to ensure it doesn't get damaged in transit. If we do receive the item back damaged due to unsuitable packaging or lack of, NO credit/refund or replacement will be offered. Even if the item was faulty.
 
If you have ordered an item by mistake you can still make a return but there will be a 15% re-stocking fee. Also the item must be unused and in it’s original packaging.

    Lightweight with excellent performance.

    Almost certainly the best electric shaver I've had : the shave is closer and more comfortable than from two other well-known brands. It is light to handle and easy to clean and charge. Remarkably, the cost is only about that of spare parts for some other makes of shaver.

    A really good buy!!

    Decided to update my Braun shaver after many years. Had a good look around and found the Panasonic ESSL41 wet dry shaved The price was right it has all the features I wanted light weight, close shave, battery life lasts 10 to 12days would highly recommend.

    Good Shaver

    This shaver has two foil heads with a more rigid trimmer in between them for dealing with longer hairs. I have only used it dry but with a preliminary rub of shaving oil, so cannot comment on wet performance. The shave is comfortable and close, even when the stubble has grown a little and there is minimum soreness of the skin.I am happy with my purchase
