Boots were all scuffed with just being in a poly bag with nothing separating them so they have spent the whole postal journey rubbing together… seller said unfortunately adding a piece of packaging would inflate costs … there was an option to return at my expense but they were much needed for my autistic granddaughter because that is the exact style of boot she chose for her birthday so I couldn’t return in time and find some more

It was clear the customer was expecting a discount after claiming the boots arrived damaged in transit so we offered a return. We tried to explain that we would also lose out on shipping if she were to proceed with the return but the customer did not care. As you can tell from the review, the customer had no intention of returning the boots as they were the exact style of boots her granddaughter had chosen for her birthday and they are only available for £19.99 here.
