The company replied first thing Monday and arranged a replacement. I can't fault them, excellent customer service, polite and helpful. These boxes r very strong so to break it has to of undergone huge impact in transit. I have several, highly recommend

Ye delivery company, however, leave a lot to be desired. They said it would be with me on 4th October. It didn't arrive. No communication other than "it's at our depot". It eventually arrived four days late. I repeat I have no issue with the seller but this particular delivery company always causes problems not just for me but everyone in the area. The company concerned is Evri and I suggest another company is used.
