You have detailed incorrect and misleading information. I, under no circumstances insisted that you pay for the return postage costs. No postage costs would have been incurred. Secondly, you wanted a partial refund for reasons unclear, thirdly you produced pictures that were inaccurate of the alleged damaged. Finally, you actually decided that you wanted to keep the item without really wanting to pay for the item. I have the evidence (messages), that can be provided should you wish to continue.
