This book is very detailed in its approach in basic wiring and in making uncomplicated household repairs. This was easy to read and took a lot of the scary stuff out of home repairs. This book more than paid for itself the first time I used it, and it saved me at least $100 in service charges by not having to call an electrician. It has greatly helped me gain the confidence to attempt repairs that I would never have tried before.
