I purchased 4 tyres for £228.54 with a standard delivery charge of £3.99. I needed to return 2 of them, and the seller demanded a £40 return fee, which is unreasonable and was never made clear upfront. Despite raising the issue, eBay did nothing to support me as a buyer. It feels like customer rights are not protected, and sellers can set unfair return terms without accountability. Very disappointed in the lack of buyer protection

We understand your frustration, but the return costs were clearly communicated. Our message stated: "Alternatively, if you're able to arrange return delivery yourself through a more economical service, this may help reduce costs."
We make no profit on returns—often losing money—and cannot absorb the cost of buyer errors. If we covered all return expenses, we simply couldn’t operate. We strive for fairness and transparency in all transactions.

The seller was very quick and responsive via messages, helping me with my queries that I had. Once I decided what tyres I wanted, I contacted the seller to check if I could collect as the advert was delivery only and they worked with me and set up advert specifically for collection. The seller then responded in the morning of the collection to confirm the tyres was ready for me to collect. I picked up the tyres with no issues and great Customer service. Would highly recommend getting tyres here.
Tyre just as described and perfect match for existing tyres on car . Great value , quickly delivered . No packaging as none required with this item . Straight forward seller and excellent service . Would highly recommend.
