    The item with more damage than as listed Negotiated a partial refund. seller then backed out of citing money they refunded to a different purchase that I made . The listing would not have to pay import fees because I lived in the US, that was false. I ended up having to pay over $100 to UPS. The seller used fraudulent practices to get cheaper return fee stating it weighed 1 pound and was valued at $20 (try $900) I have opened up a case with eBay. I’m not lying for the seller. Buyer Beware!
