  • Very informative, great illustrations

Absolutely brilliant book on the owl - as it is in nature, and the supernatural myths surrounding this wonderful bird. There are two editions - the original from 1970 and the revised version from 1989. It's fascinating to compare them to see how knowledge had accrued over that period of time. Fabulous photographs and drawings, all-in-all a great read and a great present for any bird enthusiasts.
