I am wearing these all the time instead of only the few hours that I was wearing the expensive prescription hearing aids I got last summer. Those are very uncomfortable, slide out of my ears and get tangled in my hair; my hearing was not that great either; lots of bells and whistles, but I hardly wore them at all. The Sonys are working for me! What a difference; they are so small and out of the way. THANK YOU!!!!

The package wasn't opened by custom! Package was in the sealed original Sony box. After instalation (using the app on the Japanese link of Sony, because App not available in Europe! ) I was able to follow the very easy installation. It worked perfectly. I am very happy.
