I repeatedly try to contact the seller to let them know that their product had failed me and I lost my headphones. They repeatedly ignored me until the 30 day period was up and then they wrote me back letting me know that 30 day refund return. It was up when I wrote them way before the 30 day. Item not as described. Came with an adhesive backing which I could not remove. Tried taking it off and putting a new case cover on, but the tablet would not fit. i believe the tablet was damaged when I removed the adhesive cover. Also, There was no way to stand this cover up either.
After telling seller this, they refunded the money I paid for the case which hardly helps me get a new cover that will fit.
