Should have been shipped with DPD but they used yodel, meaning box arrived damaged. Vacuum was chucked in brown box no retail packaging which listing doesn’t state and differs from when I’ve purchased Dyson equivalents, so there were scratches to the item. Didn’t include instructions either so had to google how to assemble and necessary info, stuck white stickers to the item which didn’t come off I had to soak with warm water. Generally a poor experience which would put me off shark in future.

We have been Shark users for many years and must admit the IZ252UK is very easy to use, that's why we found the ICZ300UKT actually harder to move around on carpets and marked it down. Where it really scores over the original design is in how easy it is to change from carpeted floors to hard floors, cleaning a carpeted staircase and generally using the vacuum cleaner as a simple device, using the hose and attachments.
