The seller sent the item very promptly and it was well packaged. Unfortunately the Thesaurus was faulty and so was not usable, despite its being new. I contacted the seller immediately with photos showing the problem and he was quick to offer a refund. It is now packed up, labelled and ready to be sent back. I need to replace my old Franklin thesaurus which has served me well, so this was very disappointing.
