I've contacted the seller and they weren't helpful at all. The showed new without box. They arrived and had marks all over them. Blue and black marks. I messaged and all they said was they haven't been worn and are stored and can I wipe them down. They obviously weren't checked before posting. And it's such a shame really.

    Good for value

    I love the hoover, however it's not as powerful on carpet. It could do with more suction on carpet but it still does the job. Very easy to empty, just remember to clean the filter as well from time to time or it would affect the suction. I actually thought it was broken the other day as it didn't have bearly any suction, it's only when I realised there was a filter under the handle. A piece of paper was stuck under the filter

    Poor quality / strength fittings break easily

    Works OK but the build quality is pretty poor, lots of play in the hose/hear, and the plastic clip holding the collection chamber in place broke off, as well as one of the clips holding the hose to the body, meaning I had to use super-strong tape to hold them in place.

    Awesome product for carpets with lot of fluff/hair

    Really surprised to finally find a reasonably priced product that works well on carpets. It is as compact as can be for a non upright vacuum cleaner and is easy to empty. The HEPA filter was a key feature that we needed.

    Great little gem

    This small hover is very powerful, so much so because we have a dog it needs emptying quite often. I would comment that the power cable is a little too short. Other than than its great value for money.
