The item wasn't actually suitable. Whilst it did technically fit the Sony riii FE, it caused huge vignetting from the lens. In the end I had to purchase a replacement. This adapter isn't suitable for full format FE mirror lenses. Just because it fits that doesn't mean it's suitable and usable.
