    This was a frustrating experience. The seller admitted twice around Christmas to making a tracking mistake, but I missed their messages. Without my knowledge, the collection point opened a return because the item wasn’t picked up, and I didn’t receive any notification until today. When I contacted the seller, they were dismissive. I eventually found the parcel, but it was the wrong item—completely different and of much lower value. Thankfully, eBay issued a full refund. Avoid this seller!

    I reached out to you on several occasions to give you an update and get your delivery to you, but you didn't respond. You were also notified by eBay for a missed collection and a return, but you again didn't respond. Please note the advert has 2 variations, and you ordered the iDance Starpads 20 Beatmaker, which is what was delivered. Strange you didn't receive all previous notifications but you received the closed case notif. The case was resolved in my favor, and eBay refunded you themselves.
