    First of all it took 13 days to receive an item that I didn’t order. I was told it would be sent “Express” and received it “Ground” postage 7 days after I contacted the seller as to why it hadn’t been shipped. The main complaint is that I didn’t receive the item that I ordered and received numerous messages from the seller, saying that I was wrong and didn’t read the description. I resent being spoken to this way and will never buy from this seller again!

    Item as described, but not crazy about this seller's customer service. Took nearly three weeks from purchase to delivery. Even with a few extra days, that's too long. When I contacted seller for an explanation, since, according to the tracking number, USPS still didn't have it in its possession, and it was supposed to ship from Cali, not NY/Canada, I got a snippy response about what a great deal I got, I was charged less for postage, they're not in charge of the post office, blah-blah-blah. ����
