Sorry you didn't receive bag. Unfortunately over the Christmas period some of my Royal Mail parcels have been delayed so still hoping the item might arrive? As for not communication over Christmas period I was on holiday and lift an autimated reply that I would reply on return. However within this time you received a full refund.
