I was initially disappointed in the packaging the hairdryer arrived in, the description did say original box or repackaged…which I guess it was but it was just a huge cardboard box, not something I could wrap as the gift I intended.
The hairdryer didn’t work so I contacted seller who promptly arranged collection & dispatched a replacement so for customer service A*
Will buy refurbished again from them as couldn’t fault the service.

Might be some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. Item came packed really well and in good working order and super fast delivery. There was a small issue when I had received the wrong diffuser attachment for the hairdryer and they were super quick responding to my messages and getting the correct one sent out to me. Definitely recommend!
