Arrived quickly but the 2 bamboo plants were much less "bushy" than the ones in the advert photograph. They were about 6ft high as stated but had been folded over to fit in a smaller box, about 4ft. I am waiting to see if they recover to full height. The two plants were put into a single box but the postage were costs increased from £7.50 to £12. I probably wouldn't use this seller again

Postage is based on the weight of your order and also the amount of packaging required. 2 plants weighs double what one plant would typically weigh. I ordered 18 of these and wasn’t too sure what to expect. They arrived perfectly packaged. The driver was extremely helpful and brought them round the back for me on the pallet. They’re huge! So pleased! Only hiccup was that they didn’t arrive on the estimated delivery date (and I guess it is only an estimation). However, the business were very responsive to any queries I had around this.
Will definitely be using these again!
