Abysmal customer care. Order placed on Monday with a due delivery of Thursday via a 24 hour courier. I contacted the seller on Wednesday as it was not showing as dispatched yet as it was wanted urgently for a very elderly lady but they said that they want 48 hours to process the order fthey finally sent on the Thursday but by 48 hour courier and not delivered till Saturday. Why make false claims on delivery times and methods and why not show concern when I told them who needed it urgently ?

Does what it should but shouldn't have been needed
The wheel is a direct replacement for the tyre + inner tube that came with the original Draper wheelbarrow bought just 2 years ago. Within months the inner tube had punctured for no apparent reason and had to be replaced. The following spring, the second inner tube had punctured, turned out to be a problem with the tyre having a split and pinching the inner tube. So I opted for a solid rubber-tyred wheel - but this cost 50% of the cost of the wheelbarrow!
