This order has cost me in total £94.20 (Item £70.00, Postage £8.50 and VAT £15.70). The postage to send to me was £8.50. I have asked to return them because an in correct size was received. Whilst the seller will accept a return I have been instructed to send the item to the USA which is going to cost me £53.00. This means I will have spent a total of £147.20 to receive a refund of £85.70 meaning a loss of £61.50 with no product to show for this. Totally unacceptable.

It's very sad when people become so impatient for a small amount of money that they put everything on us. Put it up, this is also our fault because DHL is not our company.
