So ebay ordered me x2 of my x5 disc order i only wanted 5 x disc for £10.92. So i messaged seller straight away to be ignored till next day when ordered had been picked packaged and diapatched with tracking number!! then they reply what can we help u with!!!! lmao very poor customer service to say the least. I could of bought 10x disc for £17.95. Now £22 and 1 lot of postage cost to urself : ( Enjoy ur penny's you won't get any more from me eva.

Customer placed two orders in error. We dispatched the orders same day with tracking information. Customer messaged the next day asking to cancel one of the orders. However, because they had already been shipped and collected by Royal Mail cancellation was not possible. Both orders track as delivered safely. We offered a free returns label but no response from customer. We were fair and helpful, I'm sorry that you felt the need to leave negative feedback after we fulfilled your order correctly.

    Sealey liquid metal epoxy, SCS380.

    Really easy to use, does require a bit syringe action pressure to get the two parts of the mixture out, especially if it's a cold day, but mixes really really well and easily and touch dries very quickly. I found it quick to use and very convenient. It has a double cap and does what says. I really like...have found many uses over the past few days.

    McCormick brilliant. Product does a 1st class job

    First, the Company - McCormick Tools. They are unbelievably fast and efficient at sending orders. Ordered yesterday with free postage and delivered at 9am today. That's amazing! Second - the product. I'm using it to repair broken cast iron railings before repainting. It's easy to work, seems to set quickly and, although untested, I think it will hold up well when the railings are reseated and fixed on the cappings. So far, I'm very impressed.

    Does not work well in small amounts, ie not suitable for small repairs, but is excellent for things like broken castings. needs 48 hors for full cure.
