Order placed 17th April with delivery by 1st May. By the way the delivery charge is very high! Was not dispatched till 30 th April and only because I requested the supplier to update the status. No feedback received on my message. Today is the 3rd May. Nothing received, no information when I can expect it to be received. Very unpleasant experience I would say.

I originally thought the Keune Developer that I received was not authentic. The website showed a different container of the old style product. I was so upset. The Seller agreed to provide a return label, and accept the return at no charge to me. I received a personal phone call from the vendor explaining that the containers had changed, and the product was authentic. Long story, my out of town Keune Stylist confirmed the product was real. Thank you to G-Y-A group.
