I’ve purchased “random” lots from several different sellers over the years and in all cases have been satisfied with that the seller selected. Most sellers attempt to match the value of coins to the price they are asking using common references like Red Book or Krause. This seller not only charged twice the value of what he provided, when I pointed it out his response was basically “too bad”. I advise you try your luck elsewhere.

First of all, I never replied "Too bad", as I explained to the buyer, as it is stated in the description, the coins are picked randomly, so the total value varies.There are multiple ways to judge a coins value, and, each one will give different results, that is why there are no marks of value given, the buyer tried to push his value estimates by books I am not familiar with, do not know how well they reflect realistic value, and, tried to justify that to extort me for free extra stuff...
