The item description is quite misleading. It should have specified plainly that the £15,98 does not include the actual ring light but just the remote.

Sorry but I can not help the fact that you ordered the wrong items. The BT remotes where clearly market at "Bluetooth Remote" on the drop down menu. It is up to you to order the correct items and read the description which is very clear before purchasing. This is the first time I am having an issue such as this one for over several years of selling on eBay. You have also been asked how you want to proceed,

Beware of this freeloader. This buyer confirmed via the chat and also by eBay that he wanted 1 Bluetooth remote for £7.99. As he had a very bad attitude right from the start, I sent him one extra which he tanked me for.Now he doesn’t want to pay. Having spoken with eBay, this guy is a very bad apple and currently under review.He will most likely be banned from the eBay and most likely going to be blacklisted. He has also threatened me and I am taking legal advice in case I need to contact police
