    I needed a pvc blinds for one room it was very close to my measurements, so I only needed to cut the edges a little bit each side. I had a blinds cutter that made the corners smooth, first time I used cutter make sure you test it first, you need to cut left side turn cutter then right side, don’t use scissors with the right tools it look professional and very easy to put up the blinds. Take your time for the best job👍
