    I received these Coach shoes that I paid a lot for them. They arrived poorly packaged. They were not in a box nor anything stuffed in the toes of the shoes. They were just smashed together. The seller argued with me about the way the packaging had never been a problem. I got smashed creased shoes. I paid for the shoes immediately & the seller said that a refund would be issued after they received them. I saw the photos of the shoes when I bought them. Horrible experience and horrible seller!!!
