2 pairs of the 6 diabetic socks were narrow at the ankles and did not stretch as much as the other 4 pairs. I emailed the seller twice before getting a reply that they would stretch the same as the other 4 pairs - they would not so i emailed a further twice and have heard nothing further. Very disappointed - do not recommend this seller.

As stated the socks are flat packed to achieve Royal Mail large letter pricing. The socks are as shown all the same. However 2x socks are stretched over carboard before we break them down for dispatched, this is why they look bigger. Once the socks are worn the other will also stretch to exactly the same width. I have also explained this to you on more than one occasion.
