    Bought this unit to replace an old broken Truma pump. Arrived ahead of time and worked straight out of the box. Some features do seem to be an improvement, in particular the very flexible hoses. Haven't had time to use it whilst away but see no reason why it won't be fine.

    Best type of plug in connector.

    Replaced my whale carver type of pump with this one. Fedup replacing o rings and fiddly catches.This has a better, more positive connection to the caravan. Leading to less water leakage when operating.

    Good quality pump as an alternative for Truma Ultraflow.

    I wanted to replace an Ultraflow pump ready for next season; this one was recommended. It seems to be of good quality; robust and well made. One of the blue tubes was not attached to its spriggit and I could see the white insulation on the wiring within. Whale explained that this is the design of the pump - no clips are required on the wiring side. I will know more about its performance when I use it next Spring.

    Excellent High Flow Submersible Water Pump

    This high flow rate submersible water pump is very quiet in operation and the flow rate is very good. The flexible pipe is also longer than standard therefore is beneficial if pitched on a slope as the sliding collar can be adjusted either way, either shorter or longer to suit.
